I wrote sections of Outward Bound's Staff Trainer's Manual, and have personally delivered trainings in the field to hundreds of field staff in a variety of programs.  I can help you make your staff training engaging, powerful, and effective. 

My approach is that staff need to know when they are being trained, and when they are being tested or assessed, and to have clear structures and goals for each of those distinct phases.
